Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Item must be unused and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact
- Return request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase (order number) must be provided
Non-Returnable Items: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Plumbing equipment that has been installed or used
- Opened cleaning or maintenance products
- Custom-ordered or special-order ventilation systems
Return & Exchange Process
Follow these steps to return or exchange an item:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your return/exchange request within 15 days of delivery. Use the template below for quick processing.
- Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation. Include the RMA number clearly on the package.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Aberdeen facility using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

- DHL/FedEx: Fast and trackable (typically 3-5 business days to our facility)
- EMS: More economical option (typically 7-10 business days to our facility)

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
- Your original payment method will be credited (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except in cases of our error)
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly indicate the replacement item you’d prefer in your initial email
- We’ll ship your replacement item once the return is received and approved
- Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

- Provide photos of the damaged item or packaging
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs
